A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled, depending on availability. PAYMENTS: Cash is preferred. We also accept all major debit and credit cards with a 2.6% processing fee. Zelle payments are also accepted. INTAKE FORMS: To help keep your appointment running smoothly, please complete all required intake forms before you arrive. You’ll find the form in your appointment confirmation email. WAXING PREPARATION To help you get the best results from your appointment, please follow these guidelines: * Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the treatment area 24–48 hours before your appointment. Avoid exfoliating the day of your wax. * Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your appointment to help keep your skin hydrated. * Hair Length: Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for the wax to properly grip the hair. * No Shaving: Please stop shaving 3–4 weeks before your appointment to allow enough hair growth for waxing. * Freshen Up: Intimate wipes are available upon request if you’d like to freshen up before your service. AFTER YOUR WAX After your appointment, you’ll receive personalized aftercare instructions to help maintain smooth, healthy skin and reduce the chance of irritation and ingrown hairs.
